An Oriant - Lorient, Monday, 17 October 2005 Une contribution de Yann Rivallain Parents who had been campaigning for the opening of a bilingual class in a Lorient school have scored a victory over the national education authorities. Each year, the EU spends over € 30 million on language learning. The day coincided with the launch of a new Eurobarometer survey showing that half of Europeans (...)
